Plaintiff corporation had a contract with another corporation to purchase its franchise and assets. Plaintiff alleges that
the other corporation's president tortiously interfered with that contract by individually signing a second contract to sell
the same assets to another buyer. Because there is no evidence that the president was acting solely for his personal benefit
